SoulLife Psychology Podcast
SoulLife® Psychology is here to change how you understand yourself and the people you care about. I’m Dr Toni Reilly, founder of SoulLife® Psychology and author of AWAKE: The Purpose of Life and Why You Are Here. For more than two decades, I’ve worked with intuition, metaphysics, past lives, the afterlife, and the emotional patterns we all carry.
This podcast brings those together, bridging the gap between clinical and spiritual approaches, so you can make sense of your life, your purpose, and your relationships.
Some episodes are structured. Some are conversational and off-the-cuff. All of them offer insight you can apply to your own life. You will always leave with a takeaway.
Starting with Remember Who You Are, across eight episodes, we explore awakening, intuition, life missions, emotional bruises, metaphysics, past lives, reconnection to the afterlife, and how soul wisdom and lived patterns shape your experiences from birth to death and beyond.
You’ll hear past-life and reincarnation case studies from my confidential client files.
You’ll learn about Life Map, your soul’s predetermined life outline.
We’ll explore how transcendent experiences support emotional and physical healing.
And we’ll talk about living with awareness, purpose, and compassion in everyday life.- Real-life emotions and soul patterns
- Past lives and regression
- Life Map insights
- Grief, purpose, and identity
- Intuition in everyday life
- Meaningful guidance for the human experience

If you’ve ever felt like your life doesn’t quite make sense yet, this episode will help you understand why.
This first episode of the SoulLife Psychology Podcast introduces the concept of awakening as a lived experience.
Awakening is what happens when awareness begins to surface. When you start questioning who you are, why you’re here, and why certain patterns, emotions, and experiences keep repeating.
In this episode, I take you back to the beginning. Why SoulLife® Psychology exists. What it was created to address. And why sensitive, intuitive, conscious people often feel confused, isolated, or like they don’t quite fit into traditional frameworks.
We explore:
• What awakening actually is
• Why life often feels confusing before it makes sense
• Emotional bruises, patterns, and self-awareness
• Sensitivity, intuition, and lived experience
• Why nothing about you is broken
This podcast is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself.
Each episode offers insight you can integrate into your own life, at your own pace.
If this episode resonates, take your time with it.
Awareness doesn’t rush.

Welcome and intention
Welcome to the SoulLife Psychology Podcast.
I’m Dr. Toni Reilly, founder of SoulLife Psychology.
SoulLife Psychology is a metaphysical approach to emotional, physical, and mental health and healing.
If you have ever felt that life does not quite make sense, this episode is designed to help you see it differently.
This podcast exists to help you understand yourself at a deeper level through the lens of your soul’s wisdom and the human experience.
Some episodes will be educational.
Some conversational.
Some exploratory.
Sometimes I will speak freely.
Sometimes I will add some salt and pepper.
Every episode is designed to offer insights you can integrate into your own life.
The foundations of this work
I wrote my book Awake: The Purpose of Life and Why You Are Here, and we will be exploring the purpose of life and your purpose throughout this podcast.
I will not gatekeep my discoveries.
You will hear real case studies involving past lives, reincarnation, healing, intuition, grief, and connection beyond death.
You will learn how life missions are outlined before birth.
Destiny is real.
Your intuition is your greatest alliance on Earth.
Awakening begins with awareness
If you are listening, you are meant to be here.
My awakening began nearly thirty years ago when I became obsessed with not harming my children emotionally. That curiosity led me to astrology, which helped me understand that I was wired differently from them.
That was the beginning of my interest in inherent character.
Patterns.
Compatibility.
Difference.
Later, separation and divorce forced deeper soul searching. That disruption reactivated my intuition and led me into meditation and self-awareness.
Through meditation, I discovered that I was not as put together as I thought. My self-worth was fragile, even though I had never named it that way before.
This was the beginning of awareness.
Past lives and soul memory
I was introduced to Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss.
Reading it felt familiar. Grounded. True.
Past life regression became one of the foundational tools of my work, not to dwell in the past, but to understand the present.
Working with past lives is working directly with the soul, which already knows why it is here.
This understanding shaped SoulLife Psychology.
Why SoulLife Psychology exists
I saw a gap.
Sensitive, intuitive, aware people were doing inner work and still felt confused, isolated, and misunderstood.
Traditional psychology did not fully speak to their experience.
Spiritual spaces often lacked responsibility or depth.
SoulLife Psychology became the bridge.
This work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about understanding yourself.
People are not broken.
They are unfinished.
Messiness, awareness, and responsibility
Every person carries messiness.
Insecurity.
Fear.
Emotional bruises.
This is not failure.
This is the curriculum of being human.
Awareness does not remove pain, but it changes your relationship to it.
When you understand why something affects you, it loses its grip.
Self-awareness is not self-obsession.
It is personal responsibility.
Awakening, grief, and purpose
Awakening often arrives through disruption.
Grief is not only about death.
It is the emotional response to loss or change.
These experiences force you to question who you are and why you are here.
Your purpose is not a destination.
It is lived every day through emotional experience.
Nothing is wasted.
The SoulLife view of life
Your soul chose this life.
Your parents.
Your sensitivities.
Your challenges.
Nothing is random.
When you understand this, you stop fighting life and begin to work with it.
If you feel called, it is not accidental.
It is guidance.
Closing and reflection
Each episode will end with something practical.
This week, simply notice one thing:
Where do you feel pulled or called?
That feeling is your awakening speaking.
If this episode stirred something in you, you are welcome to submit a question through the link in the show notes. I will explore selected questions in future episodes.
Thank you for being here.
Awareness is the ultimate activism.
